• Wood Bat - 13u, 14u, 16u, 18u Age Divisions
• Pool Play - 4 Games
• Two Games Thursday (7/2) and Two Games Friday (7/3)
• Teams must be prepared to play as early as 9:00 a.m. on Thursday (7/2)
• Quarters, Semi's & Championship Games will be held on Saturday (7/4)
• Individual Awards for 1st Place and 2nd Place
• 3rd/4th place games will be played in divisions with 30 or more teams

Age Divisions

Age Cutoff Date: May 1, 2009

•   8u - Must be 8 or younger on April 30, 2009
•   9u - Must be 9 or younger on April 30, 2009
• 10u - Must be 10 or younger on April 30, 2009
• 11u - Must be 11 or younger on April 30, 2009
• 12u - Must be 12 or younger on April 30, 2009
• 13u - Must be 13 or younger on April 30, 2009
• 14u - Must be 14 or younger on April 30, 2009 *(8th grade '08-'09)
• 16u - Must be 16 or younger on April 30, 2009 *(9th/10th grades '08-'09)
• 18u - Must be 18 or younger on April 30, 2009 *(11th/12th grades '08-'09)

*Grade Exception: Players in the corresponding grade will be allowed to play even if they are not "age appropriate" on April 30th. This is only effective in the 14u, 16u and 18u Age Divisions.

• Refund/Cancellation Policy
  80% refund - Cancellation 10 or more days prior to Tournament
  (If Age Division is not sold out)
  60% refund - Cancellation 10 or more days prior to Tournament
  (If Age Division is sold out)
  No refund - Cancellation 9 days or less prior to Tournament
   
• Weather/Rainout Refund Policy
  50% refund if no games are played
  25% refund if 1 game is completed
  No refund if 2 or more games are completed
